We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Alliance Banking Relationship Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Alliance Banking partners, ensuring that they are serviced efficiently and effectively. This will involve active collaboration and integration with the Bank's back office support function and the Alliance Partners.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include maintaining primary ownership of the Alliance Partner portfolio (retention and growth), ensuring a long-term sustainable relationship with solution-based selling to existing alliance partners, and managing client complaints and related processes. You will also be responsible for conducting regular partner visits, facilitating Alliance Partner MANCO', providing comprehensive call reports, and ensuring effective onboarding and complete end-to-end delivery.
Furthermore, you will need to take ultimate ownership of the alliance partners' risk management processes, ensure assessments and reviews are done timeously, and deal with any adverse requirements or findings appropriately. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving cross-selling in conjunction with payments, leveraging distribution partner ecosystems, and forex, as well as identifying new product lines or distribution networks and cobranded relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of general banking experience and 5 years of experience at a management level. They will also possess strong relationship management and negotiation skills, high-level understanding of banking systems and back-office processes, contract law, banking compliance, and risk. Business and analytical skills, innovation, entrepreneurship, digital appreciation, and a strong service ethic are also essential.
