About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled CRM Administrator to join ABC Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the administration of our CRM system, specifically Zoho, and ensuring the integrity of our data.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Zoho, and possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. They will be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate effectively with marketing teams to ensure the effective use of Zoho for campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integrity: Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of campaigns run through the CRM system, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Training and Onboarding: Assist with training and onboarding of team members regarding Zoho functionalities.
- Data Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness and database quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective use of Zoho for campaign management.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system and coordinate with technical support when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- CRM Experience: Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Zoho, is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Marketing Principles: Understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration or a similar role, with a focus on CRM management and campaign oversight, is required.
