Senior Administrative Coordinator for Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our Business Development Manager in Pretoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing social media platforms, and utilizing your skills in Excel and Canva to create engaging content.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Business Development Manager with all administrative tasks, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Maintain and improve our LinkedIn profile to attract new business opportunities.
- Work closely with our internal ERP/CRM System to ensure seamless data management.
- Design visually appealing fliers and adverts using Canva or other design tools.
- Provide exceptional administrative support, including managing Outlook for the Business Development Manager.
Essential Knowledge / Experience:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with CRM Systems and Canva is essential.
Key Skills / Attributes / Competencies:
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with internal ERP/CRM Systems and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Skill in designing engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Administrative qualification or computer course qualification.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM Systems are preferred.
Estimated Salary Range: R150,000 - R200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
