Customer Relationship Management System Administrator Position

Our client, a leading International Financial Services Group, specialising in financial solutions and advisory services to businesses and high net worth individuals in South Africa, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Relationship Management System Administrator. The role will be based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Key Competency Requirements:
- At minimum a bachelor's degree (advantageous)
- At least 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics certification advantageous
- Microsoft Excel intermediate/advanced skills
- PowerBi experience advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction
- Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and configurations within the CRM system
- Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the CRM system
- Develop and implement CRM system enhancements and customisations based on user feedback and business requirements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or errors that arise
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and create reports and dashboards within the CRM system
- Plan and execute data migration projects to transfer data to and from the CRM system
- Stay informed about industry best practices and new CRM technologies to make recommendations for system improvements
