Customer Relationship Management System Administrator Position

Our client, a leading International Financial Services Group, specialising in financial solutions and advisory services to businesses and high net worth individuals in South Africa, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Relationship Management System Administrator. The role will be based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Key Competency Requirements:

  • At minimum a bachelor's degree (advantageous)
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics certification advantageous
  • Microsoft Excel intermediate/advanced skills
  • PowerBi experience advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction
  • Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and configurations within the CRM system
  • Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the CRM system
  • Develop and implement CRM system enhancements and customisations based on user feedback and business requirements
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or errors that arise
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and create reports and dashboards within the CRM system
  • Plan and execute data migration projects to transfer data to and from the CRM system
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and new CRM technologies to make recommendations for system improvements
