Hospitality Administrator Job Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Hospitality Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to our clients in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest inquiries and provide top-notch customer service
  • Coordinate and manage reservations and bookings
  • Handle and process guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Maintain and update guest records and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing
  • Assist in managing inventory and supplies
  • Provide general administrative support to the hospitality team
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Accounting background and experience is required
  • Own transport is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
