Hospitality Operations Coordinator

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Hospitality Administrator to provide exceptional support to their clients in the hospitality industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of our clients by handling guest inquiries, coordinating reservations, and managing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage guest inquiries and provide top-notch customer service
- Coordinate and manage reservations and bookings
- Handle and process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain and update guest records and documentation
- Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies
- Provide general administrative support to the hospitality team
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Accounting background and experience is required
- Own transport is essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
