Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communication related to the CEO's office.
  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring smooth operations of professional and personal agendas.
  • Liaise with the board of directors, senior management, and external partners, coordinating outreach and executive relations.
  • Oversee special projects and ensure that company objectives and goals are met efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Manage complex travel logistics, calendar management, and the flow of information to the CEO.
  • Provide executive support on various initiatives, adapting flexibly to the CEO's needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-Level executives.
  • Proficiency in both German (C2 level) and English is essential.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience within an international network is beneficial.
