Senior Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to the CEO of Rory Mackie & Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, and in-house events, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare presentations, conduct research, and provide typing and proofreading services as directed by the CEO.
- Monitor requests and identify urgent matters, escalating them to the CEO as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced industry association environment.
- Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Own transport is essential for this role.
