Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a Senior Executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make arrangements for meetings and events
- Prepare and disseminate reports, presentations, and other materials as required
- Perform financial and budget management duties, including processing invoices and claims
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior executive support capacity
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Office Administration or related field, and/or equivalent experience
Competencies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
