Senior Administrator and Childcare Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrator and Childcare Coordinator to join our team at Professional Career Services. This role will encompass a range of administrative tasks, including diary management, meeting organization, data capture, and basic finance duties.
About the RoleAs a Senior Administrator and Childcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the diaries of 2 individuals, organizing meetings and appointments, capturing data on Excel, and performing various administrative and finance-related tasks. You will also be required to type, format, and edit documents, maintain databases and records, make travel arrangements, and provide childcare services for 4 children aged between 2 and 8.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the diaries of 2 people, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination
- Organize meetings and appointments, including arranging travel and accommodations as needed
- Capture data on Excel, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, formatting, and editing documents
- Maintain databases and records, ensuring easy access to critical information
- Make travel arrangements, both domestic and international, as required
- Provide childcare services for 4 children aged between 2 and 8, including collecting them from school and preparing meals
- Matric qualification is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, with a strong focus on organizational skills and attention to detail
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Au Pair, with a proven track record of providing high-quality childcare services
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
- Driver's License and own car are essential for this role
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Petrol Allowance provided
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
