Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the administrative team to achieve set goals and objectives, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, tracking team performance metrics, and providing updates to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly, and proactively intervening on problematic accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
