Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional results, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and performance administration.
  • Implement customer-centric processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, encompassing business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, customer feedback, and housekeeping.
  • Conduct thorough compliance checks through defined processes to maintain overall compliance.
  • Pursue new opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness, providing regular feedback on in-store product performance to the support centre.
  • Collaborate with management on operational action plans, sales performance increase, and store expenditure monitoring based on sales and profitability reports.
  • Autorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns, ensuring effective stock management.
  • Maintain the stockroom's overall upkeep to meet housekeeping standards.
  • Manage stock levels through defined processes to mitigate risks and ensure adequate stock on hand.
  • Accurately receive, unpack, merchandise, and replenish the sales floor to drive sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a store management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with ability to develop and implement effective store operations strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with store teams, management, and external stakeholders.
