Administrative Coordinator for Sales Leadership

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our Sales Director. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex schedules, arrange travel plans, and prepare presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare and coordinate presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Manage the Sales Director's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and deadlines
- Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation
- Provide administrative support with personal errands, correspondence, and documentation
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be customer service oriented, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in administration or secretarial roles is essential, with at least 3-4 years of experience in similar positions.
Requirements- Grade 12/Matric certification
- Relevant tertiary qualification in administration or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer service focused with a positive attitude
A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate, estimated to be around $65,000 per annum based on industry standards. This figure may vary depending on location and other factors.
