Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Foster strong relationships with trade customers, developers, consulting engineers, and contractors
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Conduct sales forecasting and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Build in-depth product knowledge and provide expert guidance to clients
  • Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and maximize growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the pump or related industry
  • Experience working with developers, consulting engineers, and contractors
  • Strong understanding of Gauteng's commercial building, municipal, and industrial sectors
  • Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets
