Key Responsibilities:


As a Digital Sales Lead at Ricoh, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating specialist digital sales and support teams to drive business growth and achieve targets. Your key objectives will include managing the Digital Services P&L, establishing and developing digital service lines in alignment with the Ricoh Europe strategy, and managing on-going Board to Board level relationships with key Business Partner clients to maximise customer retention and growth opportunities.


Requirements:



  • Tertiary qualification as a minimum (Business degree)
  • Experience in strategic business acquisitions will be an advantage
  • Successful track record of the management of Digital Services strategy, transformation, and execution
  • Successful track record of managing a Sales teams at a National level
  • Ability to translate Ricoh mid-term plans into tangible/measurable results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent people management skills, to lead, motivate, develop and coach
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving targets
  • High level of business acumen
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Honesty and integrity
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Track record of successful Profit and Loss management and accurate forecasting
  • Excellent target market knowledge
  • Proven relationships with key vendors and a full understanding of their key programs
  • Full understanding of the ancillary business functions within the Ricoh Family Group
  • Innovative, focused and results driven
  • Excellent market understanding
  • Appetite for learning and growth in the areas of digital transformation
  • Ability to focus on quantitative and qualitative performance measures
