Financial Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at JABES CONSULTANTS.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job DescriptionThe Financial Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and balance creditors and debtors accounts using General Accounting procedures.
- Process all transactions on bank accounts daily and send out Bank recons daily.
- Balance credit card charges and ensure all ad hoc payments are loaded and processed on time.
- Send statements to clients and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Reconcile and allocate debtor payments, process suppliers' invoices, and do monthly creditors recons.
- Loading payments on Creditors recons and filing invoices and recons.
- Receiving purchase orders and general filing.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Matric qualification.
- Computer Literacy with proficiency in accounting software.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts environment.
