Account Growth Executive

We are seeking an Account Growth Executive to join our team at Alinta Tech Solutions. In this executive role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within an assigned territory and/or market segment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC products, including VRF, Chillers, and Split units, as well as excellent presentation skills, market analysis experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Performance Indicators- Meet income targets for accounts.
- Ensure delivery of return on investment and build brand sustainability.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:
- Manage the relationship between the company and customers, treating them as partners and challenging them to grow their business with our brands.
- Utilize customer and prospect contact tools and systems, updating relevant information.
- Matric with 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing is advantageous.
- Sales/Technical qualification is beneficial.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per annum.
