We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisition and Growth Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through exceptional execution at the point of sale.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG Customer Account Management and a Bachelor's degree. They will possess excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build and manage strong relationships with key players in the customer(s) or channel at the regional and/or store level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth through effective partnership development and negotiations
  • Monitor and report on sales and distribution performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive continuous growth
  • Provide coaching and feedback to in-store personnel, ensuring optimal deployment of resources and achievement of sales targets
  • Work closely with logistics to plan, analyze, and forecast customer needs, ensuring timely and complete delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective in-store programs and promotions

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
