Global Business Development Manager

The Global Business Development Manager at Stafflink Recruitment Solutions is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the global market.
Primary responsibilities include managing area-specific export accounts, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of export procedures, country-specific requirements, and export documentation software. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate effectively, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key performance indicators include meeting sales targets, achieving revenue growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Key Accountabilities:
