**responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the correct unit rate for service utilization is calculated via channel recovery models;
- Ensure that correct pricing is provided to internal stakeholders, including Africa and Coverage teams;
- Ensure that efficient billing process is implemented to recover cost from clients (interim and future); monitor and continuously validate against MIS data
- Gain a sound understanding of protocols, technical requirements,and system limitations in client environment;
- Simplify technical and/or complex concepts for clients;
- Hold discussions and workshops with vendor providers to implement solutions in clients environment
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders to facilitate organisational effectiveness;
- Identify areas of concern and use influence to debate and agree the best way forward;
- Act effectively to resolve/deal with problems, queries and complaints;
- Initiate communication with key stakeholders to obtain progress, manage expectations and balance clients' legal needs with RMB CB requirements;
- Proactively communicate and share information and encourage discussion and debate (share successes, highlight challenges and identify and manage risks);
- Read the cultural environment and adapt communication style to meet the needs of different audiences
- Anticipate and manage conflict, demonstrating an ability to resolve differences, particularly where these may be stalling the implementation of agreed plans
- Contribute to and when required, write up business requirement specifications via
- Use-Case Management;
- Manage IT deliverables in accordance with Agile methodology
- Ensure the correct development of test case definitions from business requirements specified;
- Monitor MI post-implementation;
- Identify new and existing clients;
- Project manage the client roll-out target list end to end;
- Gain sound financial awareness of the client
- Liaise with PMO to drive requirements delivery, channel development, scope management and product integration onto channel;
- Attend various meetings in order to drive, strategize, ensure implementation, ensure risk mitigation and ensure progress on delivery;
- Drive specific projects within the programme
- Conduct JAD sessions with IT, Product and Coverage stakeholders on a monthly basis
- Assist with FRS (functional requirement specifications) definition;
- Ensure that a long term, sustainable solution is designed for clients;
- Ensure solution matches back to original requirements;
- Assist with RFP's in landing new business via channel
