We are looking for a Key Account Manager to be part of our Marketplace Team. Zando Marketplace essentially offers Sellers an online platform to operate their own storefront on the Zando platform. **KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for marketplace sales growth by:

- Signing on of new sellers by negotiating contracts, pricing and promotions
- Training and onboarding sellers from listings to processing orders
- Selling marketing packages to Sellers
- Ensuring seller monthly sales
- Providing Marketing reports for Sellers, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
- Managing of category projects
- Monitoring the sales process from listing to shipment
- Maintaining and reporting on Marketplace SLA
- Managing Seller Returns process with the Warehouse
- Offering Seller Assistance
- Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to capitalise on those opportunities
- Manage mid to long term accounts

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED**:

- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate - high school qualification)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and maintaining seller / supplier / client relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets in a key account management role
- Strong experience in signing on and building partnerships and clients
- Experience in negotiating with suppliers
- Experience in analysing / interpreting of data so as to be able to provide strategic insights to Sellers and to the company
- Experience in working closely with the Commercial team to strategically build the business is highly advantageous
- Extremely strong communication skills and a proven track record of building strong relationships
- Strong Microsoft Office experience with a particular focus on Excel
- Highly motivated and dedicated to change the online marketplace environment in South Africa
