Office Manager

**Purpose of the role**
Corporate concern is looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness.
**Responsibilities**
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on office equipment
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with facility management vendors and catering servicing
- Managing a team of tea ladies and cleaners
- Managing the reception area
- Provide Executive PA support to Executive team (including travel arrangements)
- Plan in-house or off-site activities,
**Requirements and skills**
- Relevant office management, business administration or related qualification.
- Proven experience in office management and/or executive PA support roles (5+ years preferred).
- Experience in managing budgets and expenses would be advantageous.
- Experience in booking local and international travel.
