Turnkey Solutions Sales Manager

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The role lends itself to a turnkey solution sales opportunity, as the organization already consists of various visionary and cutting-edge product / service offerings
- Expected to have the proven experience and knowledge required to lead in the creation and closure of new business opportunities
- Identify and target strategic opportunities with prospective and existing customers across all sectors
- Must have strong project and solutions management skills. Proven capability of understanding complex integrated solutions incorporating the human element and state of the art technological solutions ie. Full turnkey solutions
- Develop tailer made solutions for customers by incorporating all available service offerings
- Compile compelling and relevant executive summary proposals incorporating all aspects of the solution proposed
- Presentation of above with strong public speaking skills to engage wide audiences at high levels
- Strong understanding of cost drivers and cost models including human element resources and projected human resource costs
- Turnkey project planning and feasibility studies where applicable.
- Must be familiar with contractual requirements and be capable of drafting, reviewing and approving responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
- Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities across all business sectors of existing and prospective customers
- Manage, drive and motivate national sales team of dynamic, cosmopolitan individuals
- Cost analysis of current customers and assistance with alternative unsolicited proposals
- Strategic customer engagements to understand their short medium to long term business objectives in order to identify future integrated solutions opportunities
**_ Qualifications / attributes / skills: _**
- Minimum of 5 years
- experience in a human element & technological solutions environment eg IT, Engineering, Security etc.
- 5 years experience compiling and costing large and complex end to end solutions based on client assessment and objectives
- Proven track record of high value, strategic sales accounts
- Related Bachelors Degree or similar
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written skills
- Sound knowledge of legal and commercial (contractual) terms as well and solid business acumen
- Established network with bona fide sales leads
- Highly computer literate with advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint experience
- Ability to travel freely
- Own vehicle and drivers licence
Package: Highly lucrative basic & commission dependent on qualifications and experience.
