A leading turnkey automation house in Pretoria is looking for an **Procurement Clerk** with strong procurement administration and data capturing experience.
**Experience in the following industries**:
- Engineering
- Construction
As a turnkey solution company there will be room to gain experience in various fields not limited to the above.
Procurement Clerk
Duties and responsibilities:
- Procurement
- Small Projects
- Creating and updating the Bill of Material
- Quote lifecycle from creation to Purchase order
- Order Lifecyle from creation to receiving of orders
- Follow-ups on all procurement related matters on projects
- Stores
- Assisting role
- Stock takes
- Consumable orders
- Financial
- Assisting role
- Capturing invoices received on various platforms
Back-office administration but not limited to the above
**Minimum Requirements are**
- Good communication and attention to detail skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
- 1 - 2 Years’ experience in similar role
- Sage experience
**Employment Type**
6 Month Contract (with the option of becoming permanent based on contract performance)
