**Where you’ll be doing it**

Our consultants are all specialists in their niche areas and our agency has teams in Engineering, Financial Markets, Commercial & Financial as well as IT and has representation both in Joburg and Cape Town.

**What you’ll need**

You will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), as well as a valid driver’s license and your own transport. Previous experience in a recruitment administration or support role, preferably within the financial markets industry, is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools are required. Familiarity with various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, is advantageous. Knowledge of financial markets, roles, and terminology would be beneficial. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is also required for this role.
