**Introduction**

Provide internal and external client advisory services, supervision and support with regards to Human Resources, identify and develop initiatives to ensure the business has the organisational capabilities required to meet its objectives. Induction and Orientation
- Coordinate the induction and orientation programme

Education Training and Development (ETD)
- Compile, Submit and Manage the WSP and ATR
- Assist with identifying and managing the training plan and Annual Training reports
- Source Training programmes

Remuneration and Reward
- Action any promotion or demotion related salary adjustment as a result of recruitment or disciplinary action.

Payroll
- Maintain and update of Employee Personal information, Leave Entitlements and/or Payroll information on the Payroll System.

Performance Management
- Assist with Performance Management internal and externally by facilitating reviews, counselling and evaluation as per the Company’s policy and procedure

Employee Relations
- Advise management on Employee Engagement and Recommend Employee Engagement Activities

Risk Management
- Identify risk within own processes and within the department and immediately report it to management.
- Identify and immediately report any risks identified in Client’s HR Information.

Employee & Management Support
- Provide interpretation and guidance with regards to Labour Legislation and Policy and Procedures as per the clients SLA obligations

HR Management
- Manage the entire Disciplinary process internally and/or externally as per the company’s code of conduct, disciplinary policy and procedure and the Labour Relations Act.
- Assist Management with Conciliation preparation.
- Assist with appointment and briefing Legal counsel if required.

Planning
- Arrangement of all resources towards achievement of all objectives as defined in the departmental production plan.

Client Relationship management (Internal and External)
- Ensure we meet our SLA obligation to clients and vice-versa
- Build and maintain strong client relationship management

Deadline
- Ensure all internal and/or external deadlines are met

Advisory
- Analysis of information and provide insights and recommendations

Client Relationship management (Internal and External)
- Ensure we meet our obligation to clients and vice versa
- Ensure client SLA obligations are met

Supplier Management
- Ensure supplier Service Level Agreement requirements are met

Compliance and Governance
- Ensure we have a compliance register for statutory obligations and ensure clients are compliant, up to date and follow good governance

Quality Management
- Implementation of QMS
- Ensure any changes or updates to the QMS for all Policy, Procedures and Templates are communicate to Departmental Director for correction to ensure efficient implementation of policy and procedures

- Draft all employment letters and addendums
- Perform exit interviews.
- Manage Probation Reviews during the probation period of each new appointment employee
- Ensure that all onboarding documents are completed and that employees are loading onto onto the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) and Payroll System
