Maternity Cover
- HR Administrator
We urgently require a HR Administrator for a 4 month maternity cover contract.
Duties include:
Coordinate and facilitate employees training interventions, internal and external.
Schedule virtual sessions performance management workshop
Assist in development of employee handbooks and keep information up to date to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards related to employee labor laws.
Responsible for recruitment for middle managers and Onboarding
Make sure all employees leaving the company have completed all withdrawal forms and Termination packs
Update of Org Charts and EE report monthly.
Maintain an efficient filing system for employee and company records related to their job function.
Conduct exit interviews
Load all new employees on to PeopleSoft and update new employee status
Input leave into payroll spreadsheet
Ensure that benefits statements are issued to employees
Responsible for benefits monthly reconciliation (payments, loading and termination of employees)
Responsible for Learnership & Graduate Programme
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)/ Wellness coordination, ICAS referral, Onsite clinic and HR Events including the ViaCommunity project.
Monitor time & attendance for all employees
Receive grievances and disciplinary issues
Schedule hearings and ensure data integrity for hearing outcomes
Act as liaison to outside vendors and business partners, specifically those related to recruitment.
Communicate with the global team to request access details for new starts and to deactivate accounts on an employee’s exit.
Responsible for Annual Training Report Assisting with the gathering, capturing and submission of the information for the BBBEE Scorecard
Responsible for new employee orientations and the quarterly staff induction
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
