Human Capital Operations Manager

**Overview**:
Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to oversee all functions of the human resources department through the implementation of policies and maintenance of internal processes and systems while providing support to all employees
**Qualifications**:
- NQF Level 6 qualification in human resources or industrial psychology
- Post grad qualification in human resource management or industrial psychology is advantageous
**Experience**:
- At least 5 years’ experience within a human resources administration or operations environment
- At least 5 years’ experience managing processes and systems within a human resources environment
- At least 5 years’ experience managing a team
**Duties**:
- Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labour regulations
- Manage and oversee all human capital staff movements and transactions while ensuring correct processes are followed for collection and storage of information
- Support the employee relations-, remuneration and benefits-, learning and development as well as payroll functions in terms of document management and system updates relevant to employees’ files
- Provide and support seasonal reports and data to the different Human resources disciplines for statutory and other legislated reporting
- Coordinate wellness programmes and medical testing
- Liaise with occupational health professionals to update and maintain records
- Oversee audit processes with external as well as internal auditors
- Manage submission of information to the department of labour as and when required
- Manage team of HR Administrators and or HR Coordinators
- Ensure quality process is in place for all HR transactions processed
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of all employees
- Maintain employee personal files
- Responsible for the maintenance of Executives personal files
