We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Placement Point.

Salary: The successful candidate can expect a salary of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Facilities Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the manager in various tasks, including dealing with sectional title office complexes from Bedfordview to Roodepoort. You will also be handling communications with landlords, municipalities, and other stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to maintain a positive relationship with the body corporate, ensuring that all levies and attorneys are handled efficiently. You will be working closely with a small team, using your excellent communication skills to manage high-level clients. This role requires you to be proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  • A Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • Knowledge of Sectional Titles and Municipalities (advantageous)
  • Basic financial skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word)
