**Is this role right for you?**

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations to enhance individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Embracing the role as the heart of our workplace, you'll foster a sense of community and work collaboratively to create a culture of support. Additionally, you will be assigned tasks by the MD and executive leadership team.

**What we want you to own in this role**:

- Collaborate the group’s marketing team to align with corporate templates and vision.
- Support company operations by managing space functionality and facilitating repairs.
- Enhance the office aesthetic through decor and branding.
- Organize meetings, manage schedules and take minutes.
- Manage correspondence, handle complaints and queries.
- Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems
- Attend meetings as part of senior management.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with staff, vendors and global teams.
- Facilitate Visa processes, book flights, accommodation, and shuttle services for outbound global team travel.
- Liaise with Global Workplace Manager(s) to confirm accommodation and itinerary.
- General hosting of visitors
- Micro and macro team building, including researching activities, managing team scheduling, budget approval, transportation, and catering requirements.
- Manage and maintain corporate responsibility initiatives.
- Ensure the office remains well-stocked on stationary supplies and groceries.
- Collaborate with Finance for budget management and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team for company-wide SWAG procurement.
- Manage Search Project’s social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram).
- Assist with employee marketing initiatives Own internal communications and announcements

**A little bit about you and your qualifications**:

- Extensive office management experience, with at least 5 years in a team-leading capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Professional, friendly and positive disposition with an engaging and vibrant demeanor.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflict in the workplace.
- Flexible, driven, and team-oriented with a proactive approach to public speaking.
- Solution-focused with a continuous improvement and Agile mindset.
- Fluent in English.
- Effective project management skills with strong initiative.
- Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and organizational systems and structures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate work.
- Focused on improving the team to meet larger business objectives.
- Ability to interpret and utilize financial and commercial information.
- Experience in working with global teams.
- Event coordination background;
- Proven talent promotion / employee branding skills;
- Experience as an executive assistant;
- Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities;
- Experience in working with global teams;
- Experience in Canva and or other design / creative platforms.
