HR Administrator

**Key duties, but not limited to**:
- Managing day-to-day HR administration
- Managing staff filing system
- Management and filing of highly confidential information.
- Keep staff database up to date - leave records, UIF processes, onboarding and exiting
- Consult with the upkeep and revision of company policies and procedures
- Liaise with internal clients ensuring legal compliance
**Requirements**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (HR Senior Diploma, Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, People management)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same or similar position
- Knowledge of employment legislation and its amendments
- BPO exposure (advantageous)
