**What will you do?**
- The Retail Affluent (RA) cluster is responsible for Sanlam’s retail business in South Africa. SPF provides clients across different market segments (entry-level, middle-income, affluent, professional market and business owners) with a comprehensive range of appropriate and competitive financial solutions. These include traditional life insurance risk and savings products, investment, retirement, health and fiduciary services. **Output/Core Tasks**:

- Processing of incoming correspondence
- Handling of exceptions
- Policy identification
- Refer mail to the correct business areas

**Role Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Matric/Grade 12
- Relevant business degree/diploma from a well-recognised institution will be an advantage.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 year working experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to communicate in English, Afrikaans and (an African Language would be to your advantage.
- Must have working knowledge regarding the use of computers (computer literacy.
