Manage the coordination, documentation, exports and related communication in terms of production planning and shipping for export customers
- Manage the coordination, documentation and successful clearance and delivery on import shipments
- Provide shipping instructions to shipping agents
- Track all shipments to ensure compliance and on time delivery
- Negotiate shipping and transport rates as required
- Identify alternate and cost effective shipping options
- Manage import and export schedule
- Gather and distribute key information relevant to the beverage industry serviced by SCP to customers and management
- Oversee and coordinate export orders for certain key account clients
- Oversee and coordinate import shipments in coordination with the bulk receiving team
- Compliance with all legislative regulations
- Perform functions as per the company’s policy and procedures
- Adhere to cost saving protocols of company and department
- Ensure all SHEQ and audit requirements are strictly adhered to

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Matric
- Relevant NQF 4/5 Diploma
- Minimum 2-5 years’ relevant work experience within the food and beverage industry
- Competent in MS Office Suite programmes
- Shipping background and definitely previous shipping knowledge
