**Requirements**:
- Holds a relevant tertiary qualification and is **FAIS compliant**, with an insurance-specific certification preferred.
- Brings 8+ years of experience in the short term insurance industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record in strategic business development and client management.
- Exhibits strong business acumen with an ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive team performance.
