**Job Spec for HR Administrator
- Cape town**

**Summary**:
Working within the Human Resources function that forms EMEA/ APAC to carry out administrative duties mainly for UK, France, Spain, Switzerland, and Germany. Liaise daily with department managers, employees, and external clients for all HR related queries and act as the first port of call regarding queries. As a priority, HR administrators will handle employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Updating internal database: sick leave/ maternity leave/ etc. (experience on Workday will be advantageous)
- Preparing and amending HR documents: employment contracts/ offer letters/ etc.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting employees on all HR related queries.
- Assisting payroll by providing updates regarding holidays, sick days, bonuses etc.
- Prepare reports for clients as directed.
- Post, manage, and close job adverts on recruitment sites, such as Indeed and LinkdIn.
- Manage incoming CVs and work with managers to organise interviews.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Previous administrative experience essential
- High level of organisation, with an ability to prioritise is vital
- Good communication skills: verbal and written
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of business
- Fully computer literate with programmes such as MS Office
- Basic understanding of labour laws

**Advantages**:

- Bilingual: English essential, French/ Spanish/ German advantageous
- Understanding of Workday advantageous but not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
