- The Helpdesk Intern role provides an entry-level opportunity for people with limited experience to move into IT support.
- The Intern is on a Fixed Term 12-month contract and will receive exposure and in-house training on general business skills:

- Customer service skills
- IT Support methodology and systems
- Document writing/management
- Database queries
- Application development lifecycle overview
- Sales overview
- Project delivery overview
- 100% office-based to begin then moving to a hybrid model (60% office and 40% office-based)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participating in the Internship Programme:

- Working to the required standards of the inspHire support team
- Completing all in-house training offered and implementing the learning into real support activities
- Working on any projects or other development activities to learn new skills
- As a Junior Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to:

- Deliver a first-class service to our customers
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
- Provision of high-quality updates to customers on a regular basis.
- Correctly set the customers’ expectations.
- Deliver on promises
- Take personal responsibility for every case, ensuring a proactive approach to resolution is taken and ensuring all parties are kept updated
- Proactive management of assigned cases
- Maintain excellent quality of cases with detailed notes
- Always display a positive and can-do attitude
- Identify solutions and preventative measures to improve the customer’s experience
- Ensure all cases are progressed in line with InspHire SLA/SLO’s.
- Team Work: Proactively share knowledge, help during times of leave/absence, and share service improvement opportunities.
- Be curious to change, evolve and develop in ways that help us better serve our customers.
