Our client based in Kyalami Johannesburg is looking for an experienced administrative clerk to join their team
Starting Date : Mid Feb
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Minimum of 2 yrs experience working on Sage / Pastel experience
- Own reliable transport will be a bonus
**Working Hours**
Monday - Friday 08h00 -17h00
