Administration Clerk

Receiving and processing customers’ orders and quotations
- Processing of all Pastel documents and functions when required (invoicing,
quotations, and sales orders)
- Filing and managing company documents
- Assisting management and office employees with any additional administrative tasks
- Assisting finance with remittances and summary remittances where necessary
- Providing clients with feedback on back orders
- Setting up appointments and scheduling meetings if required
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (preferred)
