In this role, you will support the Service Team Managers in enhancing both the client experience and associate development. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

The nature of your job is to support clients by processing their payrolls in compliance with legislative requirements, whilst building and maintaining sustainable client relationships to ensure recurring business. At the same time coaching and mentoring associates to do the same. Every day will be challenging because the requests you receive will vary. You will be required to provide solutions through investigation and identification which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ON A TYPICAL DAY**:

- Process complex payrolls and handle demanding client matters
- Improve payroll processes for the benefit of clients and associates
- Monitor compliance and initiate the improvement of internal systems and processes, implement payroll best practices, and identify potential risks to clients
- Drive NPS scores by assisting associates to create pleasing customer experiences
- Build and maintain client relationships by improving client engagement within the team client base
- Coach and develop current associates guided by Service Team Manager’s assessments and recommendations as well as on-boarding of new associates

**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**:
**Experience**:
5+ years payroll experience or experience as an HRIS practitioner with payroll systems experience (Sage300 and/or Premier is a must)**Qualifications**:

- A diploma / degree in commerce / human resources or any related qualification / experience

**Skills, Knowledge & Attributes**:

- Effective problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- In-depth SA payroll knowledge
- Knowledge of SA payroll tax legislation
- Knowledge of SA Labour legislation
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to influence associates and guide towards achievement of work objectives

**Bonus points for these**:

- Experience in a Payroll Outsourcing environment will be advantageous
- Knowledge of other African countries payroll tax legislation will be advantageous
- End to end implementation experience within the HCM space (preferred)
