Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team in the Vaal Triangle. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing employee data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:
  • Responsibilities include processing payroll for at least 50 employees per month, ideally 100 per month, as well as processing and payment of contractor invoices and staffing service providers.
  • You will also be required to maintain accurate records, manage timesheets, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification is required, with relevant post-matric qualifications being advantageous.
  • Candidates should have prior experience in Sage VIP Professional and proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data management.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential, as you will be required to travel to different locations within the Vaal Triangle.
