**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Payroll administration

Payroll accounting and reconciliations

Administration of Payments

Salary structuring and assistance

Payroll reporting

Other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time

Relevant qualification or SAGE Academy certification

Fully functional knowledge and experience on SAGE VIP People Software System

Knowledge of relevant labour legislation affecting HR administration (Taxation, and all statutory legislation for all these countries)

Knowledge of remuneration practices, compliance and optimal salary structuring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Accounting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience with Navision (negotiable)

Specific knowledge & experience in running the above countries payrolls will be advantageous
