Sentinel Staffing Services is a leading recruitment agency that provides expert staffing solutions to businesses across various industries. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team and support the full payroll function for 600+ employees in multiple companies.
**Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Job Description:**
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Key responsibilities include:
• Full payroll function for 600+ employees in multiple companies
• Full administration function (Contracts, leave, job descriptions etc)
• Full statutory processing function (EE, SD, EMPs, WMC, ROE, SARS)
• Reporting
• DOL audits
• Administration of Pension/Provident & Risk funds
• Recruitment functions
• Onboarding & Exit processes
• Salary benchmarking & Organograms
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll administration
• Sage 300 payroll experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
