Bid & Contracts Manager

We are a fast-growing Information Technology provider specializing in cutting-edge software solutions and IT services. As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bid and Proposal Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, from initial client engagement through to submission. Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather necessary information, create supporting documentation, and contribute to the overall success of our business development efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Bidding and Proposal Administration:
- Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Analyze client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop winning solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all bid documents.
2. Technical Specification Requirements:
- Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements and translate them into specifications for proposals.
3. Supporting Document Preparation:
- Develop and maintain a repository of supporting documents, such as case studies, project references, and company qualifications.
- Customize supporting documents to align with specific bid requirements.
4. Bid Package Administration:
- Organize and maintain bid documentation, ensuring version control and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for bid packages.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Interact with clients during the bidding process to clarify requirements and address inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance future business opportunities.
