Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute winning bid strategies that align with company objectives
  • Analyzing client requirements and specifications to ensure alignment with company capabilities and compliance obligations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary compliance documentation and input for bids
  • Researching and writing compelling proposals that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and technical standards throughout the bidding process
  • Maintaining accurate records of bids, contracts, and compliance documentation

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years administering tenders in an electrical engineering or construction environment
  • 3-5 years supervising a team within a sales/bids environment
  • Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Benefits:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
