**DUTIES**:

- Recruitment of staff at all levels, excluding senior management positions.
- Ensure that disciplinary and grievance procedures are followed.
- Provide human resources advice and support to supervisors and managers.
- Ensure the business unit is represented at CCMA or MEIBC dispute matters.
- Facilitate human resources related training sessions.
- Implement human resources systems and procedures.
- Co-ordinate the team’s administration service.
- Co-ordinate training initiatives and administration as and when required.
- Deal with staff social welfare.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a HR Generalist/Practitioner.
- Have a good understanding of the various workplace initiatives.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to speak read and write Afrikaans, Zulu, Sotho or Xhosa would be a distinct advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Office is essential - Word; PowerPoint and other PC based software including SAP are required.
- Must be able to travel
- Must have a valid driver’s license
