**Portfolio Administrator/ Wealth Assistant**

Excellent career opportunity with a leading financial services investment holding company. You, together with the adviser will be responsible for implementing any investment and/or share portfolio instructions and providing after sales service offering to customers, thereby contributing to

the ongoing customer relationship.

The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact, manage and provide effective client service
- Implement new business including Personal Share Portfolios
- Prepare client files and all the necessary requirements to comply with FICA/FAIS/CRS/FATCA/POPIA
- Process client queries and instructions
- Administration, including but not limited to, Section 14 & 37 transfers, Switches, Rebalances, Withdrawals
- Projects to keep internal data and systems up to date (i.e. Maintain CRM system)

**Minimum requirements**:

- NQF4 qualification
- 2 - 3 years relevant work experience within the investment industry.
