MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This administrative-generalist role is largely responsible for supporting the overall operations within the Human Capital space, from onboarding, daily resolutions and overall employee performance & development, this role administratively supports all aspects of the Human Capital team.

**KNOWLEDGE**
- Exposure to knowledge of relevant HR legislation and strategy.
- General understanding of HRIS
- Digitally inclined.
**SKILLS**
- End to end HR administrative skills.
- Prior digital & automated Human Capital platform/system experience.
- Problem‐solving and analytical skills
- Organised & attentive to detail.
**LEADERSHIP**
- Self-lead.
- Be super proactive and comfortable in a hyper-growth environment.
- Be rigorous in your approach with strict attention to detail.
- An ‘all hands-on deck’/start-up mindset.
**REQUIRED: EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**
**MINIMUM**
- Diploma in HR (NQF Level 6) or In Progress.
- 2-year experience as HR administrator.
**DESIRED**
- Degree in HR (NQF Level 7)
- 3- year experience as HR administrator.
**IDEAL**
- Honours Degree in HR (Level 8)
- 5- year experience as HR administrator.
