KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compiling HC (Human Capital) documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, study agreements etc.
  • Maintain HC data through a variety of systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Update all records and files for audit purposes.
  • Develop systems to manage and record all business intelligence within ASI
Human Capital (recruitment, turnover, data analytics, EE, training and development, performance management, promotions, etc.)

  • Provide line managers with guidance and support on HR activities, policies and practices.
  • Strategically resource the business through a variety of recruitment methodologies.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process.
  • Creating and implementing the onboarding programme.
  • Participation in Conferences and Breakaways.
  • Resolution of general employee queries.
  • Manage Employee Relations such as poor performance counselling, warning letters, disciplinary hearings.
  • WSP, ATR and EE reports administration and submission.
  • Talent and succession planning.
  • Internal communications, including EVP communication
  • OD
  • HC Strategy

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.
  • BBBEE scorecard knowledge is advantageous.
  • Network built on LinkedIn to leverage off for recruitment.
  • 5 years' experience
  • Working experience with MS Office, including Excel (Intermediate).

  • Ability to manage several tasks concurrently making use of systems and processes to manage time and volumes.

  • Must be able to work in a highly demanding fast paced environment.
  • Able to work in an environment where not all systems are established. Take ownership to identify gaps and establish protocols and systems.
  • Good understanding of HR data analytics.
