L&D - Looking for a multi-dimensional Consultant who’s handled the entire L&D spectrum including E-learning and driving digitalisation in this space.
Role has 5 direct reports.
Experience in influencing & managing culture change is essential.
**Position Summary**
To define and implement Skills Development, Transformation and BBBEE strategies, policies and plans which are aligned with organisational goals. Lead and manage the development and delivery of learning and development solutions, transformation programmes and culture and change management initiatives. Provides Line Managers & HRBP with expert advice in building a high-performance culture, employee engagement, leadership development and all aspects of organisation change and transformation.
**Learning & Development Strategy and Execution**:
**Learning and Development Functional Strategy**:
- Leads the development and implementation of the Market Learning & Development strategy which is aligned to business / functional priorities. Drive implementation of such strategies against agreed timeframes, budgets, and performance measures. Manage implementation of priorities by maximizing the resources and leveraging on internal and external parties to deliver on agreed strategies. Is a recognized expert for all Learning and Development initiatives within the market.
**Oversee Market Learning & Development Plan** - Leads the development and implementation of the Market Learning & Development plans and ensuring all activities are organized and coordinated effectively. Guides the overall Learning & Development execution in the market by ensuring service standards are improved against defined measures. Provides functional leadership across the HR community. Ensure skills agenda is aligned to the Industry Sector education and Learning Authority (SETA), Employment Equity Act, scarcity of skills and organisational requirements and delivers against the WSPs.
**Youth Development** - Overseeing the implementation and execution of the Youth Initiative strategy by ensuring coherence and synergy across the business resulting in a clear return on investment.
**Transformation**:
**BBBEE Management** - Developing and executing an organisations BBBEE strategy by monitoring and assessing the company’s BBBEE performance and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the integration of BBBEE initiatives into business functions and providing recommendations for achieving transformation goals. Managing the submission of BBBEE reports and ensuring accurate documentation of compliance. Determining strategies aimed at achieving progress towards EE targets. Maintaining relationships with relevant governmental bodies, certification agencies and other key stakeholders.
**Driving Inclusion and Diversity** - Creating and executing a comprehensive diversity and inclusions strategy that aligns with the organisation’s values and business objectives. Collaborates cross-functionally to integrate diversity and inclusion programs across the organisation. Keeping up to date with diversity and inclusion best practices and industry trends and integrating them with the organisation’s approach.
**Culture and Change Management Initiatives**:
**Change Management **- Develop and facilitates the implementation of change management initiatives to support a high-performance culture, organisational changes, and performance improvement in line with the organisation’s values. Implementation of change management plans to manage change resistance, monitor progression and achieve the desired business outcomes.
**Cultural Enabler **- Shape, foster and maintain a positive and productive organisational culture that facilitates and supports the organisations direction and goals. Cultivating a work environment by implementing initiatives that promote the desired culture and enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction levels.
**Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:
- Extensive and deep expertise in leading Skills Development, Transformation and BBBEE Management in a large organisation
- Minimum twelve (12) years’ work experience or more in similar field.
- Proven experience in leading a large organisation change programme.
- Expert in Change methodologies
- Experienced in leadership development, instructional design, and impact assessment of Learning and Development initiatives.
- Experience in Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment requirements, verification processes and analysis.
- Minimum Honours Degree in related field, preferably Masters’ level.
- Experience in dealing with all levels of management and coordinating strategic committees.
**Salary**: R900,000.00 - R1,200,000.00 per year
