Business Development and Relationship Coordinator

Join the world's first location scouting tool that brings private and state-owned properties together on one platform. As a Business Development and Relationship Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with various clients, including municipalities, tourism destination marketing organizations, film commissions, location agents, film permit offices, and more. Your objective is to drive sales on the app and ensure client satisfaction. This role also involves collaborating with industry stakeholders like location scouts and production companies. You'll be a key driver of direct sales, sales package creation, lead follow-up, client journey oversight, accurate data management, and more.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Liaison:
- Engage with a diverse clientele, including government agencies, marketing organizations, and location agents, to drive app sales.
- Collaborate with location scouts and production companies to ensure a high level of end-user satisfaction.
2. Sales and Marketing:
- Directly contribute to sales efforts by signing up private and state-owned locations for presales and confirmed sales.
- Create and present compelling sales packages to attract potential location owners.
- Proactively follow up on leads provided by the marketing and data teams.
3. Client Journey Oversight:
- Manage the entire client journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Assist clients in accurately completing booking forms, securing client signatures, and obtaining approvals from the accounts department.
4. Data Management:
- Perform data capturing as needed to maintain accurate records.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary education in relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of business development and client relation experience.
- Valid drivers licence
- Demonstrated aptitude for business development and client relations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building and nurturing relationships.
- Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.
- Ability to create effective structures and coordinate content across departments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month
